Growth is part of Karpinski Engineering’s DNA. As president, one of Jim Cicero’s most important roles is to manage that growth for the long-term health of the firm. Strategic planning, business development, and client support are all part of a day’s work.

While Jim’s focus is leading the firm, he remains an electrical engineer at heart. He’s always ready for a conversation about electrical distribution systems, and he enjoys working on infrastructure projects for large campuses or complex buildings.

He’s also an advocate for team-based approaches to project delivery, writing and speaking on the topic.
