Construction on two Hampton Inn & Suites projects is complete just in time for summer travel. Karpinski Engineering provided professional design services for both facilities: a five-story hotel in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, and a four-story hotel in Triadelphia, West Virginia.
Karpinski Engineering provided MEP design for the hotel in Pennsylvania, which is 54,000 SF and includes 80 rooms. Facility design was completed in 2011, and construction took about one year, beginning approximately in February 2012.
Design for the hotel in West Virginia, which is 74,600 SF and includes a 142-space parking lot and approximately 130 rooms, was completed in 2012. In addition to MEP design, Karpinski Engineering provided Civil and Technology design. Construction began in late summer 2012 and took about nine months.
