Economic Feasibility
Economic feasibility measures the cost-effectiveness of a potential system design, as well as the rate of return and level of risks associated with system options. This unique service can help you make the right economic decisions!
Karpinski Engineering considers the potential implementation of various types of mechanical, electrical and technology system options and investigates the economic feasibility of each. For energy analyses, KE utilizes Trane Trace, Carrier HAP or DOE 2 software to estimate the energy consumption and the annual operating costs associated with the system options.
The information developed helps determine the potential payback for each system option. Further, this information is used to predict the potential operating costs for the entire building. This same analytical procedure can be utilized for the evaluation of existing building energy consumption and to evaluate possible strategies for reducing this consumption.
We provide our clients with recommendations that make sense. Our practical experience provides for the evaluation of recommendations that are real and can be implemented within reasonable budgetary constraints.
