KE provides system commissioning in accordance with the requirements of the ASHRAE Guideline 1-1996, "The HVAC Commissioning Process". The goal of commissioning is to provide the Owner with fully functional, fine-tuned mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology systems. To provide the most complete services possible, the commissioning agent should be an integral member of the design team before the design process even starts.
