Vice President
Having worked at length on large building infrastructure, Jim offers clients extensive experience as Project Engineer for renovation and new construction projects. His experience includes all phases of mechanical engineering from schematic design through final construction, cost estimating, specification development, detailed analyses and reports, as well as evaluation of building systems.
Under Jim's leadership, owner's needs are assessed and project goals are established and met. Jim has twice been awarded for his engineering achievements, with the 2004 Outstanding Engineering Alumnus Award from the Cleveland State University's Fenn College of Engineering and the 2006 Distinguished Alumni Award from Cleveland State University.
Professional Registration
Jim has been a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio since 1993.
Jim obtained his LEED™ Accreditation in 2002, which qualifies him by the US Green Building Council to oversee the design of environmentally friendly building projects. He was the first Engineer in the state of Ohio to become a LEED™ Accredited Design Professional.
In addition, Jim has been a Certified Geo-Exchange (Geothermal) Designer by the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA) since 2002.
