Dennis J. Wessel, PE, LEED™
Senior Vice President, Director of Marketing
Specializing in large building infrastructure, Dennis Wessel brings over three decades of experience with mechanical systems design to the KE team. Under his leadership, the firm has designed numerous buildings requiring large complex mechanical systems.
Dennis has attained unusual distinction in the science of HVAC with a substantial contribution to the profession. His outstanding work for and commitment to the engineering profession has twice been recognized by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) for Distinguished Service and as Fellow. He was also selected as the 2003 Engineer of the Year by the Cleveland Engineering Society and received the 2004 Outstanding Engineering Alumnus Award from Cleveland State University's Fenn College of Engineering.
Professional Registration
Dennis is a licensed Professional Engineer in eighteen states. He is also registered with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveyors.
Dennis obtained his LEED™ Accreditation in 2004, which qualifies him by the U.S. Green Building Council to oversee the design of environmentally friendly building projects.
